SEC Pearl Plaza
About the project
Pearl Plaza is the largest shopping and entertainment center located in the South-West of St. Petersburg within the residential district Baltic Pearl. Pearl Plaza is a joint investment project of SRV Group and Chinese Shanghai Industrial Investment Company.
Anchor tenants include: PRIZMA hypermarket, M.Video, Detsky Mir, Snezhnaya Koroleva, 11-screen cinema Formula Kino equipped with the IMAX movie hall.
The architectural concept and interior design of the shopping and entertainment center were developed by the Finnish architectural bureau Larkas&Laine, who allowed for spacious galleries and alleys with magnificent panoramic views overlooking the Matisov canal.
In the project, SRV is responsible for development, asset management, commercial management, concept development, object promotion and marketing, tenants management, as well as operational management and technical maintenance management.
